Duties
Measure, cut, and hang drywall sheets accurately according to project.
Install drywall accessories such as corner beads, control joints, and access panels
Perform caulking around seams and fixtures to ensure airtight and moisture-resistant finishes
Read blueprints and technical drawings
Conduct quality checks on installed drywall for imperfections or damage and make necessary repairs
Experience
Prior construction experience with drywall installation
Knowledge of construction caulking, and handyman skills is a plus
Familiarity with blueprint reading
Hands-on experience with drywall tools such as knives,
Ability to work safely at heights and in various environmental conditions
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship and quality standards
Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
