The Driver

Recruiter and Safety Coordinator will engage in full-cycle recruitment for Class 1/CDL drivers, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. You will collaborate with Operations, Safety, and Compliance teams to create a positive driving culture within the company. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Class 1/CDL drivers
Verify driver qualifications and necessary documentation




Conduct orientations and safety training for current hires
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
Facilitate safety meetings and initiatives for driver welfare Requirements:
3 to 5 years in transportation safety or recruitment
Robust knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
Experience in driver training and road evaluations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
