This is our first full-time engineering hire outside the founding team. You'll join our services team and own client builds end to end, from the first scoping call to production.
What you'll do
- Scope projects with clients and turn ideas into plans
- Build interfaces, APIs, data models, and agent loops
- Ship AI features to production and test them with evals
- Work directly with client founders and engineering teams
- Write about what you build and learn
What we're looking for
- Several years shipping production software, with work you can point to
- Comfort owning a project without a spec or a manager checking in
- Taste in interfaces. You notice when spacing, motion, or copy is off
- Clear writing. Most client communication happens in docs and threads
- Experience building with LLMs
