MetCap Living Management Inc. is currently seeking Maintenance Technicians for residential buildings in Ottawa.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance in residential apartments and common area
Perform preventative maintenance and minor fixes such as broken locks, faucet replacements, light fixture replacement, wall preparation, plaster, paint and unplugging toilets and sinks
Request and supervise contractors
Knowledge of electrical work
Positive knowledge of carpentry work, repairing cabinetry, drawers, doors, and wood floor repairs
