The Food & Beverage Server provid es exceptional quality and service to Braidwood guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; This role is part of the Server team, reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

Setting up the restaurant for service, including the buffet.

Take guest orders, including to-go items.

Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly while ensuring dishes are as requested .





High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine

Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset

Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or hotel is required .

Passion and knowledge of food and beverage products .

Strong command of the English language .

Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktail recommendations.

Must have a current Serving it Right certificate .
