As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to assistour clients in the adoption of the Microsoft D365/Power Platform (D365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, AI). As a member of our Client Delivery Team, you will be developing enterprise grade solutions that help both commercial and government enterprises improve business results through modernization of processes, applications, and approaches to real-world business problems. Work closely with clients and other resourcesas ateamleader,being fully accountable to the technical solution in project engagements.

Effectively communicate,architect,design, plan, and implement capabilities that provide value to customers

Utilize AI to augment and evolve team best practices for development, design, and testing use cases, establishing MNP Digital as a Frontier Firm





Implement solutions using hybrid-agile and agile methods

Highly motivated, creative, and self-sufficient with the ability to work successfully under pressure

Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards skilled and personal development by setting clear expectations, providingfeedbackand addressing performance issues promptly

Conduct formal, written annual performance reviews

Develop the next generation of leaders through mentorship, coaching, succession planning, and hands-on leadership opportunities.

Ten+(10+) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions in the private or public sector, with five (5)years experiencewith Dynamics365 Customer Serviceand Power Platform

- 3 years in a technical leadership role;enabling, guiding, teaching,and mentoringdevelopersin the Microsoft Dynamics365ecosystem
- AI mindsetandhands-on experience in various LLMs, Copilot,Cowork, vibe coding,Agents,etc.
- Strong people leadership skills with a proven ability to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that empowers individuals to innovate, grow, and excel.
- Demonstrated success developing future leaders through mentorship, coaching, career planning, and the delegation of meaningful leadership responsibilities.

License management, or case managementsolution implementation experience
- In-depthexperience using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio
- Experience in Microsoft ContactCenter (CCAS) an asset
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights, or Marketing modules an asset
- Deep understanding of platform integration patterns and APIs, system integrations, software engineering patterns, development of architectural/high level designs within defined architectural frameworks and software engineering patterns
- Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
- Proven experience across multiple languages and technology stacks (Java, C, C++, C#, Objective C, SQL Server, etc.) is an asset
- Ability to travel throughout Canada up to 20% if needed
