We’re recruiting a Senior

Manager, Total Rewards & Well-Being – Bilingual (English/French)

for a large, publicly traded Canadian organization operating in the industrial sector and supporting major infrastructure initiatives across Canada.

Compensation

$130,000–$140,000 base (negotiable based on experience) + 20% target bonus (with a 2 times multiplier)

Hybrid

3 days per week in office

This individual will lead a team of

2–3

and play a key role in the organization’s Total Rewards function.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Leading the development and implementation of the organization’s Total Rewards strategy

Compensation and salary structures

Variable and executive compensation programs

Pension and group benefits

Disability management programs

Vendor and consultant relationships

Regulatory compliance and reporting

Providing Total Rewards guidance to HR, Finance and senior leadership

What we’re looking for

3+ years of people management experience

Solid experience in at least

2 of these 4 areas:





compensation, pensions, benefits and disability management

Experience within a complex, multi-site organization

Intermediate/coversational French for basic internal dialogue

Strong analytical skills and business judgment

Comfortable working with senior leadership and highly confidential compensation information
