This temporary training role trains you to become licensed, pairing you with seasoned PMs and giving hands-on experience across building systems, budgeting, and client relations. During training you’ll study for the BC Strata Property Management license, handle quotes, coordinate maintenance, attend strata meetings, and gradually manage your own portfolio with support.
