Electronics is a top technology integration firm seeking a dedicated Controller. This newly created position requires an organized individual with experience in maintaining financial data integrity. You will play a vital role managing QuickBooks, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance within our finance department. Key Responsibilities:
Review financial reports for accuracy in QuickBooks and ERP systems
Perform monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet reviews for correct GL coding
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and reconciliations
Prepare quarterly financial statements and manage tax submissions
Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate records Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum of 3 years accounting experience with private companies
Familiarity with QuickBooks and ERP systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Robust organizational and communication skills Utilize your expertise in financial reporting and payroll administration to support Design Electronics efficiently.
