You will play a crucial role in enhancing fundraising revenues while ensuring alignment with marketing communications and the YMCA brand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fundraising campaign planning and execution
• Build relationships with donors and corporate sponsors
• Develop donor cultivation and stewardship activities




• Identify new fundraising and partnership opportunities
• Manage donor information and pipeline effectively

Requirements:
• Four years of fundraising experience in a nonprofit
• Robust relationship-building and communication skills
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and legal standards
• Familiarity with donor management systems is a plus
• CFRE designation or progress toward it is an asset
