Join Ruth & Naomi's Mission as a Supportive Housing Assistant Manager. Lead a dedicated team in Chilliwack, BC, and empower individuals experiencing homelessness towards stability.

In this full time role, you will oversee daily operations at the Interchange supportive housing site. You will provide leadership and guidance to frontline staff while supporting residents facing complex challenges such as mental health concerns and housing instability. You'll work closely with the Social Housing Manager to foster a safe, respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations ensuring effective service delivery
• Lead, coach, and guide frontline staff daily
• Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, and training




• Support residents with complex challenges
• Promote trauma-informed care and conflict resolution

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in supportive housing or social services
• Diploma/degree in Social Services preferred
• Previous leadership experience as an asset
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in BC Housing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
