The FOUR20 store in Beaumont, AB is seeking a Store Manager who will own daily store operations, drive sales, lead a team, and uphold safety and compliance. You will hire, train, coach and schedule staff, manage budgets and inventory, and partner with HR and the District Manager to ensure accurate pay and effective performance reviews.
You will lead by example on the sales floor, ensure exceptional customer service through our We Pass program, and build solid community relationships.
