Key responsibilities include managing customs audits, ensuring proper classification and valuation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance trade compliance. Your expertise will drive improvements in operational efficiency and visibility across ADM’s North American operations. Key Responsibilities:
Support external customs audits and regulatory reviews
Maintain documentation for customs brokers and declarations
Oversee HS classification and customs valuation
Investigate country-of-origin compliance issues
Implement special CETC projects across regions Requirements:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in customs compliance
Robust knowledge of North American customs laws
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
