Lead and mentor our internal security team
Own the information security strategy and roadmap
Assess security posture and identify risks
Build and maintain security policies and standards
Guide cloud and trading platform securityRequirements:
10+ years in information security, with 5+ years as CISO or vCISO
Experience in regulated financial services and fintech
Knowledge of Canadian regulations (CIRO, FINTRAC)
Hands-on SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit experience
