Heights as a Direct Support Qualified, where you will engage with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. The role demands versatile availability for different shifts, including evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and have a background in related fields, ready to provide personalized support and supervision. Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with Life Skills Training and personal development
Implement therapeutic programs focusing on life skills
Facilitate arts, crafts, and recreation activities
Advocate for clients in the community
Maintain hygiene support and manage daily living tasks Requirements:
Post-secondary education in related fields
Clean Broad Record Check within 6 months
First Aid/CPR Level C certification
Valid G Driver's License and access to a vehicle
