You will lead and develop Refuge, Outreach, and Children & Young People's teams, ensuring high-quality services are delivered while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Lead and manage Refuge, Outreach, and CYP teams
Oversee daily operations of refuge services
Support team performance and career development
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Foster partnerships with external stakeholders Requirements:
Experience in Domestic Abuse and victim services
Robust leadership and team development skills
Knowledge of safeguarding and operational requirements
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
