As a vital team member, you will assist skilled tradespeople by preparing sites, handling materials, and performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently. We value safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Duties
Assist with site preparation including clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials.
Use hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and levels
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to aid in construction and restoration projects.
Support tradespeople with tasks like sealing, insulating, waterproofing, and cutting construction materials
Help with demolition work and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work workplace.




Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workplace for all team members.

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment.
Some prior experience in construction or related fields is required.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods.
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in office.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 – 50.0 per week
