The successful candidate will be integral to the CREDITs program, managing exceptions and ensuring timely processing to meet customer expectations. The position requires collaboration with both customers and the brokerage team to deliver excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
Process credits and manage casual refunds
Follow credits protocol for top customer accounts
Update HS tables, User Defined Lists, and Rule sets
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in CREDITs data
Monitor and prepare CREDITs claims for CBSA Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficient in data management and Excel
Solid verbal, written, and organizational capabilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
