Visit patients during meal rounds to gather dietary preferences
Conduct nutritional screenings to assess malnutrition risk




Update patient diets in the computerized system regularly
Maintain food inventory and oversee appropriate storage
Participate in quality assurance and menu revision processes Requirements:
Graduate from a recognized Food Service program
One year of recent related experience required
Current Food Secure Level II certification
Effective verbal and written communication skills
