Collaborating with a Customer Service Specialist, you will learn the Group Pension Administration System (GPAS) and follow strict GRS guidelines. Attention to detail is paramount as you manage assigned workloads and maintain information integrity. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate processing of group and individual contributions
Review member applications for completeness and compliance




Execute interfund transfers for member assets
Process cash withdrawals and coordinate transfers effectively
Maintain and update member data in GPAS Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Robust focus on accuracy in transaction processing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with pension administration systems preferred
