Kitchen Brigades is a Canadian culinary education program delivering workshops to students using La Tablée des Chefs materials. The Consultant Chef Trainer will lead weekly workshops, teach basic techniques, and coordinate with schools across Canada. A criminal background check is required due to contact with minors.

Work is modest, about 4–5 hours weekly, with a 24-week mandate, after-school hours, and venues arranged with the establishment. Paid fees are $125 per workshop.
