Join the Community Health Centres of Northumberland as a Diabetes Foot Care Nurse in a part time role, delivering essential care two days a week. Provide specialized services to clients with diabetes and enhance their foot health. This position involves evaluating client needs and implementing comprehensive foot care procedures. You will utilize your advanced foot care skills, foster effective communication, and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Experience in diabetes care is preferred, along with robust judgment to assess client eligibility for services. Key Responsibilities:
Perform foot care services adhering to CNO Standards of Practice
Maintain infection control protocols and equipment standards




Document client records accurately and on time
Collaborate with diabetes education teams for holistic care
Conduct outreach activities to promote awareness Requirements:
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Minimum 2 years' foot care nursing experience
Advanced Foot Care Certificate required
Ability to work independently and within a team
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Deliver quality diabetes foot care while making a meaningful impact at Community Health Centres of Northumberland.
