Duties
Supervise daily operations within the daycare, ensuring adherence to safety standards and licensing regulations
Lead and support caregiving staff in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote development and socialization
Coordinate classroom schedules, lesson plans, and activities to maintain a stimulating learning environment
Monitor children's behavior, address individual needs, and provide guidance to foster positive interactions
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, concerns, or needs
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols,



including sanitation procedures and emergency procedures
Support staff training and development to maintain high-quality caregiving standards

Skills
Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings
Solid teaching skills with the ability to plan engaging educational activities
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Excellent caregiving abilities combined with patience, empathy, and positive communication skills
Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a nurturing environment
Organizational skills to manage daily schedules, documentation, and compliance requirements

Pay: $22.75-$30.42 per hour
