Lead day shift operations at GFL's Mavis-Mississauga facility as an Assistant Shift Supervisor. Focus on safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance in refrigerant processing operations. In this role, you will supervise refrigerant operators, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and oversee quality control for cylinder orders.

You will complete scheduled duties and provide detailed progress reports to the Senior Operations Coordinator, while also managing work assignments and inventory levels. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise refrigerant operators and yard organization
Ensure completion of daily scheduled tasks
Oversee quality control of refrigerant cylinder orders
Train staff on SOPs and safety protocols
Investigate incidents and enforce company policies Requirements:
Proven leadership and multitasking skills
Solid troubleshooting abilities for processing equipment
Knowledge of Gas Chromatography is a plus
Experience working in rapid-paced industrial environments
