In this full-time position, you will engage with clients, performing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy for various mental health issues. Collaborating with rehabilitation professionals, you’ll support clients facing concussion, chronic pain, trauma, and more. Your role will also involve maintaining clinical documentation and educating clients to promote resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and clinical interviews
• Develop tailored treatment plans aligned with client goals




• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy using various modalities
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic records

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology or related field
• Minimum two years of clinical counselling experience
• Registration with BCACC, CCPA, or similar body
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Skilled liability insurance
