You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and create smarter, more efficient ways of working.This is an on-site role at our Brampton distribution center.Join us and grow your career with our inclusive and supportive team as a Lean Business / Process Analyst in Brampton, ON.What you’ll do:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processesUtilize Lean Six Sigma principles such as FMEA, process mapping, value stream mapping to find optimization opportunities in existing business processesGather project requirements by working with other members of the Lean team and other stakeholders.Perform detailed root cause and data analysis on performance metrics across servicesIdentify areas of possible system improvement to enhance overall business performance, accounting for budgetary concerns and business goalsSupport implementation of business solutions and carryout necessary practices and processesOversee the effectiveness of enterprise business processes and performance enterprise systemsGovern existing business tools, reports,
