FISPAN is seeking a Manager, PMO in downtown Vancouver to lead the PMO through a growth phase. The role focuses on building a scalable operating model, governance, and a high-performing team that can sustain increasing project volumes.

You will drive portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and governance, while partnering with Finance and senior leadership to deliver measurable value. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-growth fintech workplace.
