Webuild is hiring a Procurement Specialist - Project Bid & Startup to join our Civilworks Team in Canada. You will manage bid packages, issue RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate, and issue POs, coordinating with Project Managers and Engineers.

The ideal candidate has 8–11 years' EPCM experience in oil & gas, strong MS Office skills, and proven multi-tasking and deadline focus. This is a full time on-site role with competitive compensation.
