In this role, you will design and deliver energetic group training programs that enhance clients' movement quality, strength, and overall well-being.Gravity isn't a conventional gym. We're a movement & Strength studio working across calisthenics, mobility, handstands, movement skills, resistance training, kettlebelling, rowing and more through small-group classes and private coaching. That means we're looking for a particular kind of coach.What we're looking for:5+ years of professional coaching experienceideally moreA strong background in movement, kinesiology, dance, circus, acrobatics, acro yoga, gymnastics or a related disciplineExperience coaching a structured mobility system such as Kinstretch, ELDOA, Stick Mobility, Floor Barre or similarConfidence coaching small groups and, for those interested in private coaching,



1:1 clientsEven better if you bring experience in:Calisthenics strength & skillsHandstand coachingFloor Barre (popular classes here)A little more about the roleThis is not an entry-level personal training or group fitness instructor position. We're looking for experienced practitioners whose coaching extends beyond conventional gym-based strength and fitness.
