We’re looking for a friendly, reliable cashier to join our team. You’ll take orders, process payments, and help keep the shop running smoothly while providing great customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and take in-person and telephone orders accurately.
Answer questions about the menu, toppings, specials, and pricing.
Process cash, debit, and credit payments using the POS system.
Check and package takeout and delivery orders, including drinks, dips, and utensils.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery drivers to keep orders moving.
Handle customer concerns professionally and involve a manager when needed.
Keep the counter, dining area, and workstations clean and organized.
Restock supplies and assist with light food preparation as needed.
Follow food safety procedures and complete opening and closing duties.
Qualifications
Friendly attitude and solid communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
Robust attention to detail and basic cash-handling skills.
Ability to work well with a team and manage multiple orders.
Availability for evening, weekend, and late-night shifts.
Previous cashier or restaurant experience is an asset, but training is provided.
