Lead the Building Services team at Mt Seymour as a hands-on Building Services Supervisor. Ensure high service standards, uphold safety practices, and create memorable experiences for staff and guests. As a Building Services Supervisor reporting to the Mountain Operations Senior Manager, you will provide leadership and training to team members.

Your role includes coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Work with a passionate team dedicated to upholding Mt Seymour's core values while maintaining a clean and effective workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Guide and train Building Services team members
Manage inventory and order consumables as needed
Ensure cleanliness across all facilities on the mountain
Maintain compliance documentation like SDS
Perform security sweeps and assist with general upkeep Requirements:
Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license required
Prior janitorial and supervisory experience essential
WHMIS certification required
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for tasks
