You will execute tasks generated via the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and assist with various trades as needed. Robust initiative and safety standards are vital in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Complete preventive maintenance inspections using CMMS
Perform minor repairs like drywall and painting
Address plumbing issues, including leaks and clogs
Identify deficiencies and correct within authorized scope
Maintain accurate records of completed work and deficiencies Requirements:
Minimum two years in facility maintenance or trades support
Valid Class 5 driver's license required
