Lead the Christmas Kettle Campaign with The Salvation Army! This short-term role is key in organizing donations and supervising staff at various retail locations. As a Christmas Kettle Coordinator, you will oversee several kettle locations during the campaign.
Your responsibilities include ensuring adequate staffing, securing donations, and managing daily operations. Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt are essential for success in this temporary position. Key Responsibilities:
Organize kettle locations and ensure timely staffing
Supervise staff and volunteers during shifts
Deliver kettles and ensure secure donation handling
Communicate daily issues to the supervisor
Record time sheets and facilitate staff orientation Requirements:
Minimum one year experience in customer service
Money handling and office administration skills
Valid Ontario Class "G" Driver's License
Ability to lift 9 to 12 kgs (20 - 25 lbs)
