Responsibilities include cultivating and soliciting donations, building stakeholder relationships, and connecting donors to Hillel Ontario's meaningful initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Steward and solicit donor portfolios through face-to-face meetings




• Manage campaign prospects with timely follow-ups
• Identify growth prospects within the donor base
• Execute impactful community and donor events
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance donor engagement
Requirements:
• 5+ years in fundraising or development
• Proven track in major gift cultivation
• Solid knowledge of CRM systems
• Exceptional communication skills
• Familiarity with Toronto's Jewish community
