Translate business needs into requirements and workflows
Support operational readiness for recent business initiatives
Develop procedures, job aids,



and operational documentation
Act as a liaison for system enhancements
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities Requirements:
Postsecondary education in Business or related fields
Experience in business enablement or project delivery
Knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
Ability to support technology implementation and testing
