Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver person-centered direct nursing care to residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care planning
• Document assessments and interventions using technology




• Act as an advocate for residents’ rights and dignity
• Participate in student education and ongoing staff training

Requirements:
• Current registration with BCCNM as RN/RPN
• One year of recent gerontological nursing experience
• Level 1 First Aid certification
• Robust communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
