This full time position requires strong communication skills, hands-on delivery, and collaboration with product management and development teams. You will conduct training sessions both physically and virtually while supporting various technical enablement events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content accuracy
• Review and test training materials before delivery
• Adapt training for diverse audiences and experience levels
• Maintain hands-on SCADA training environments
Requirements:
• Diploma in IT, Electrical Engineering, or SCADA field
• Strong technical aptitude for software applications
• Excellent facilitation and session management skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to speak confidently to large groups
