This role requires an active RN registration, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to provide safe care to patients with complex, chronic, and geriatric needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in long-term care and assisted living facilities
• Manage and administer medications to residents safely
• Document patient assessments, care plans,

• Support patients with dementia and chronic care needs

Requirements:
• Active RN registration in BC or Alberta
• Graduate of a recognized nursing program
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in complex and dementia care is preferred
