Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care promoting patient health and recovery
• Assess patient needs and adapt care plans accordingly




• Collaborate with RNs for effective patient care transitions
• Administer medications and treatments as instructed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Practical Nursing Diploma with IV medication administration
• BCLS/HCP certification required
• Minimum one year clinical nursing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
