In this critical role, you will report to the Facilities Manager, focusing on maintenance and technical duties at various properties. With your extensive technician experience, you’ll maintain building systems, providing quality service and ensuring residents enjoy well-kept facilities. Your commitment will build better communities and support our growth across Western Canada and Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain structural integrity through minor repairs
• Address maintenance requests within 48 hours
• Ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready




• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
• Communicate updates effectively to residents

Requirements:
• Experience as a Facilities Technician
• Robust customer service orientation
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
• Class 5 Driver's License and access to transportation
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training
