The Pharmacy

Technician position in the DRCC Pharmacy is central to providing oncology care. Ideal candidates will possess at least two years of hospital experience and a solid background in sterile compounding.

Responsibilities include preparing antineoplastic drugs and managing inventory to ensure patient needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sterile antineoplastic drug doses accurately
Dispense outpatient prescriptions through retail pharmacy
Assist in acquiring medications for oncology patients
Maintain inventory and stock levels for pharmacy
Provide customer support for medication coverage Requirements:
Registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists as RPhT
Minimum of 2 years hospital experience preferred
Knowledge of Epic and Kroll systems preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
