Reporting to the Director, Canada, this role leads Tensar sales across Eastern Canada: Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Create specifications for Tensar systems with municipal and consulting engineers and pull them through to construction, working with owners, contractors and distribution partners
Develop and execute a business development plan focused on transportation, private development, commercial projects and civil construction
Train, educate, and provide technical support to distributors and provide job site assistance as required




Generate monthly reports to the Area Director to track key projects in each sector and forecast sales for manufacturing
Minimum 5 years work experience in the construction industry

- 5+ years of sales experience
- Experience creating specifications with municipal and consulting engineers and carrying them through to construction preferred
- Bilingual verbal and written communication in English and French
- Ability to travel regionally between 25% to 50% of the time
- Ability to work independently and with a team, detail oriented, interpersonal and negotiation skills and customer relations abilities
- Leader with a sense of urgency and dedication to the success of the projects assigned and the overall company goals.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
