You will contribute to its evolution and continuity to ensure that data is reliable, secure and readily usable for BI, AI and decision-making needs. **Evolve the Microsoft Fabric architecture, including the Bronze, Silver and Gold layers, the Lakehouse, the Warehouse and business-domain data models.* Develop data integration solutions using Python, PySpark, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2 or other appropriate tools.* Ensure platform security, monitoring, continuity, performance,



deployments and cost optimization.* Design clear, high-performing data models, including star schemas and fact and dimension tables.* Translate the needs of analysts and business teams into practical data solutions.* Optimize the use of Power BI and serve as a technical resource for internal teams and external partners.**THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A KEY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM*** Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science or a related field.* Six to eight years of experience in data engineering or data architecture, including end-to-end experience with a cloud platform in production.* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, notebooks, Data Factory and capacity management.* Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/PySpark.* Good knowledge of dimensional modelling, incremental ingestion mechanisms, Power BI, Git and deployments across multiple environments.* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.* French-English bilingualism required for international exchanges and interactions involving documentation and technical vendors.* READY TO HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE WITH US?**In accordance with the standards and regulatory requirements to which GIRO adheres, all positions—whether permanent, fixed-term, or internship—are subject to a criminal background check.
