The Service Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating account management and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.**Liaise with Assante back office on transfers, administration issues, and maintenance tasks.* Assist with coordinating digital marketing.* Be the first point of contact for new National Account clients and triage with the appropriate CI Assante resources. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING*** A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services industry with a focus on operations and client’s services.* Post-secondary education.* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).* Familiarity with DocuSign, and Salesforce is a plus.* Strong analytical, administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.* In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
