We're actively seeking new talent to join our mission of delivering a stronger energy future in B.Reporting to the Operations Manager, System Control Centre, you will lead a team of highly skilled professionals responsible for monitoring and supporting the provincial power system. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture, while helping the Control Centre adapt to evolving operational needs and industry requirements.
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the Control Centre team, ensuring safe and efficient day-to-day operations.
Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and work prioritization to support transmission, distribution, and generation activities.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, reliability standards, policies, and operating procedures.




Manage Control Centre operating budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize costs.
Build solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners and regulatory organizations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, technology, and service delivery.
Develop team capability through hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, and performance development.
Diploma of Technology (Electrical, Instrumentation and Electronics) from a recognized program.
~Journeyperson Tradesperson certification considered an asset.
