Take ownership as an Infrastructure Engineer at Isolocity, managing Laravel and AWS settings. Help in code infrastructure, reliability, and compliance in a fully remote position. As a key member of Isolocity, you will lead our infrastructure for Laravel applications deployed on AWS across Canada and Europe.
Bring your experience in infrastructure-as-code and disaster recovery to enhance our technical capabilities. You'll collaborate with developers, ensuring all infrastructure changes maintain the same rigor as application code. Key Responsibilities:
Manage AWS infrastructure for Laravel applications
Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
Design and test backup and disaster recovery plans
Prepare for load-balanced application tier and auto-scaling
Execute technical aspects of SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance Requirements:
Experience with Linux server management in production
Proficiency in AWS, specifically EC2 and RDS
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices
Solid incident response experience and reporting
