Become a Baker with Dexterra Group, providing sweet and savoury bakery items in a camp setting. Enjoy a fulfilling role with all meals and accommodation included. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious bakery products for bagged lunches and menu services.

This position requires large-scale camp cooking experience and a valid Food Secure certificate. You will also ensure high-quality standards and food safety practices while enjoying excellent work-life balance with a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule. Key Responsibilities:
Produce cookies, pastries, and savories for lunch program
Plate cakes, pies, and menu items for service
Prepare doughs under culinary leadership guidance
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Complete HACCP and production logs as required Requirements:
Valid Food Secure certificate is mandatory
Experience in large-scale camp cooking is essential
Red Seal certification is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced workplace
Must explicit a Criminal Background Check Play a key role in camp culinary services while enjoying the benefits of a structured work schedule.
