Receive and verify food products received per policies
Maintain accurate records and contact suppliers for issues




Manage inventory and ensure compliance with storage guidelines
Sign off on deliveries and resolve discrepancies
Stock shelves when not receiving deliveries Requirements:
2+ years in food service with inventory knowledge
Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods
Knowledge of food safety handling requirements
Solid initiative and prioritization skills
