Implement daily living skill support and social coaching
Ensure health and safety compliance as per policies
Record and maintain accurate documentation
Develop positive relationships with families and community members
Administer medication following prescribed guidelines Requirements:
Developmental Service Worker diploma or equivalent experience
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work wide-ranging hours
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
