In this key role, you will focus on coaching, developing, and administering the women’s soccer and futsal teams. Additionally, ensuring the seamless coordination of home athletic events will play a significant part in your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead women’s soccer and futsal programs with clear goals
• Design innovative training programs for skill enhancement
• Analyze opponents for game strategies and tactics
• Recruit talented student-athletes who align with team culture
• Coordinate home athletic events covering all logistics
Requirements:
• Diploma in Education or Sport Management
• Minimum 3 years coaching experience preferred
• C License and NCCP Level II preferred
• Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Ability to relocate to Fort McMurray
